Open up magic with mystery crystals sent to you either:
- monthly;
- every 2 months;
- or every 3 months.
We plan a special theme and lovingly select crystals for that theme that will enchant you. Expect to receive different combinations of crystals, including carvings, rough pieces, crystal tumbles, crystal towers, crystal clusters and more!
In your 10th crystal box you will receive a surprise gift to thank you for subscribing.
We keep track of what we send you so that you won't receive the same crystal twice.
Our Crystal Subscription Boxes will come with crystal information cards; you can learn more about the enchanting crystals you receive.
Expect incredible value: Crystal Subscription Boxes are $64 a month (including shipping in Aus!), but the crystals will have an RRP between $70 and $95.
FAQ
How many crystals will be sent in each box?
On average, three crystals. The number will vary depending on the value of individual crystals. Some boxes you may receive one special crystal, whereas in other boxes you may receive five beautiful crystals.
When are the Crystal Subscription Boxes sent?
We pack subscription boxes once a week, so please allow seven days to pack and send your subscription box each month your subscription renews.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary every month within Australia! For international orders, shipping will vary between countries. Look at our for international costs; this will be an additional recurring charge.
How does billing work?
The subscription will auto-charge your original payment method at your selected frequency from the original purchase date. For example, if you start a monthly crystal subscription on 7 August, you will be billed $64 on 7 September, 7 October, and so on. If you start an every 3 months subscription from 7 August, your recurring billing will be 7 November, 7 February and every 3 months until you cancel.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No! You can cancel your subscription after any month. Once you purchase a box, you will receive a magic link that allows you to manage your subscription. You can self-manage payment details, update your delivery address, change the billing date, and pause or cancel your subscription through your customer portal.
Can I put my subscription on hold?
Yes, you can pause your subscription or skip a month. Where do you ship from? Our Crystal Subscription Boxes are packed and shipped from Sydney, Australia. Our Crystal Subscription Boxes typically reach major Australian cities within five days, WA, rural and country areas within seven days and internationally between 8 and 15 days.
